What is a QR code?
A QR (Quick Response) code is a type of barcode that can be scanned with a smartphone camera. It can store URLs, text, contact info, WiFi credentials, and more.
Is QRZipp free to use?
Yes! You can create unlimited static QR codes for free. No signup required. Paid plans add the ability to save, edit, and track your QR codes.
What's the difference between static and dynamic QR codes?
Static QR codes encode data directly and can't be changed. Dynamic QR codes (Pro/Premium) redirect through our servers, so you can change the destination anytime and track scans.
Do I need to create an account?
No account needed to create and download QR codes. You only need an account if you want to save QR codes, edit them later, or track scan analytics.
Can I add my logo to a QR code?
Yes! Upload any image and it will be placed in the center of your QR code. We recommend using "High" error correction when adding a logo.
What file formats can I download?
Free users can download PNG and SVG. Pro and Premium users also get PDF and EPS formats for professional printing.
Will my QR codes expire?
Static QR codes never expire - they're just encoded data. Dynamic QR codes (paid plans) remain active as long as your subscription is active.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
